General Questions

How do I do this Zoom thing?

You can create your account here: https://zoom.us/  or by downloading the Zoom app on your mobile device. Once you have the Zoom link, you can click on it to open Zoom on your computer or mobile device and join class.

How will I get the Zoom link for class?

The Zoom link will be emailed when you register for the class and again 45 minutes prior to class start.  Be sure to add Hello@Sutra.fit to your contacts to avoid emails going to your spam folder.

Do I need to have my camera on during class?

No.  While it’s easier for me to provide you with feedback if I can see you, I absolutely respect your privacy.

What do I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

Login to your account to cancel your class.  If possible, please try to make your cancellations several hours in advance.  All payments are non-refundable.

Can you explain your pricing structure?

The base price for each class is $5.  You can purchase a single class at this rate, or the Kitty Cat 5 Class Pack at this rate per class.  Kindness Cat, Kool Cat, and Koolest Cat 5 Class Packs allows for those with the means to pay more if they desire.  You also have the option to pay more than $5 for a single class if you wish.   This allows KPM the ability to offer free classes to those who might not be able to attend otherwise.

Why don't I see the class I want on the schedule?

Class availability changes by semester. It also changes based on what classes Jamie is teaching at Defy Gravity.  If you'd like to take a particular class that isn't on the current schedule, feel free to send an email and inquire about a private session.

Why was my class canceled?

If a class has 3 or fewer students, it will be canceled. You will be notified by email at the address you used to sign up for the class.  Additionally, sometimes life happens.  We do our best to keep these disruptions to a minimum to support you in your movement journey.  Your class payment will be credited to your account upon cancelation. Thank you for your understanding!

If cost is a barrier to you attending any class, please email. No questions asked.  Movement should be accessible to everyone! jamieleighhines@gmail.com

This class will offer more energizing stretches at the beginning of class and wrap up with more restful stretches by the end.  We'll meet with the focus of caring more deeply for ourselves in mind, body, and spirit.  Classes may include meditation and/or breathwork to aid in this pursuit.

All levels of experience, strength, and mobility are invited to attend!  Options are joyfully shared to allow the practice to fit your body, not the other way around!
